5 Steps to Fight the Sadness

1. Fix yourself a fruit smoothie. Extra ice cream, no artificial sweetener. With a side of cigarettes. And 4 shots of vodka.

2. Listen to old Blink 182. The teen angst. The good stuff. On repeat.

3. Call your best friend. Or all of them. And tell them that you love them, that you're thinking of them, and you care.

4. Go to the hospital and look at all the sick people. (This could, in turn, make you sadder, but damn, it could be so much worse!)

5. Make a list of everything that's good. Give it all you've got.
